Course Description
As healthcare continues to shift from fee for service to value-based care, it is essential for practitioners to focus on transformation for sustainability.
They are required to deliver quality care, reduce costs by improving processes and clinical quality, as well as, operating as a business to move their vision forward. Experts will address what it takes to be successful and provide the tools that have proven to be favorable.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss ways to establish systematic and sustainable changes in your practice
- List ways to fulfill the needs of their customers, i.e. patients, payers, providers
- Identify fundamental changes to enable success
Intended Audience
This course is designed to meet the educational needs of physicians from internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology, and pediatric physicians. Nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other allied healthcare professional are also members of the target audience.
TO OBTAIN CME CREDIT OR CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
- Review the information below and complete the entire activity.
- Complete the Post-test at the end of the activity.
- You must receive a score of 80% or higher on the post-test in order to receive a certificate. You will have two attempts to answer each multiple-choice question (or one attempt for questions with only two option) to pass the post-test.
- Once you attest to completing the entire online activity and have scored 80% or higher on the post-test, your certificate will be emailed to you within five (5) business days.
Physicians will be awarded AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. All other participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
